What shipping options exist?
DHL shipping (incl. insurance)
For all orders we offer shipping via our partner DHL. The delivery will take place within 14 days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that costs may vary depending on your shipping address.
Free DHL shipping (incl. insurance)
For all orders above 500$ we offer the same DHL shipping for free.
UPS Customer Number
In case you would like the delivery to be handled by UPS, please contact us directly after you placed your order. You may be charged a fee by UPS even though the option is marked as free.

Cancelling an order
We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any canges once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

How you can track your parcel
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under “Orders” when you log in at My Account.
