• Operates 760 frequencies from 118.00 to 136.975 MHz
• Flip-flop frequency switch to transfer between active and standby frequencies
• Remote transfer capability of remote transfer of Use and Standby frequencies and remote recall of channel frequency information
• 9 programmable memory channels in addition to the two displayed frequencies
• Non-volatile frequency storage without batteries or external battery hookup so when the radio is turned off and then back on channel information is retained
• Audio leveling automatically amplifying weak audio signals and muting those which are too strong
• 10 watts minimum power output
• 14 volt operation only
• FM immune compliant for ICAO Annex 10 (European use)
• Models available with 25Khz or 50KHz selectivity (see table below)
• Models available with diffused or non-diffused display lens (see table below)
• Same as KY-196A but KY-197A is 14V operation only and has lower output power
• TSO’d
